Chef Julia Mackay from Schultz’s Ranch Country Meats will be taking over the Local Food Hall Thursday Evening,
Thursday Evening we have started doing Fresh Cut Meat nights at our evening market. Well this Thursday evening we are in for a treat as Julia is going to be serving dinner using fresh cut local meat!
Menu is :
Asian Braised Short Ribs with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Oriental Meatballs with Asian slaw and spicy peanut sauce.
