Join Local Barre in a demo of their Local Special Class. A 30 minute demo of our specialty, the class that makes us…well us! We’ll start with a heart pumping warmup, move into an upper body section, a booty shaking pli track, barre work and an ab series that will burn in all the best ways! Finishing with a quick cool-down stretch to calm and re-energize you for the rest of your day!
