DESCRIPTION:YOUR PERFECT MORNING \nPicture this… You’ve woken up peacefully with the sun rise and settled into your favourite spot for a mindfulness practice. As the sun peeks through the window and warms your skin you turn up your music and get in your morning movement. Once you’re finished moving\, your treat of choice (hot coffee\, protein smoothie\, fresh juice\, etc) is waiting there for you. You then enter into the rest of your day with ease\, feeling connected\, and energized. Sounds like the perfect morning doesn’t it? Well good news\, we’ve made it happen right here with our local community. \nThis 8 week session is designed to kickstart and support your day. Enjoy a yoga practice that will focus your mind and get your body moving. After class your treat of choice will be waiting for you made by Squeezed. \nWednesdays @ 6:30-7:30am\nApril 5th – May 24th\n$166 (full 8 weeks)\n*cost includes the yoga class and after yoga treat of choice\n*drop in for $26 (plus tax) (reach out to ninjas@purelivingyoga.com to request this option or just show up)
